Hi Team,

I’m having a 500 error at login. Ive tried clearing the cache and restarting the computer. But the error continues.

Any other know solutions?

same here…on all four shopify stores we manage (and currently looking to switch all of them away from shopify)

500 error means it’s on shopify’s side…“support’s” suggestions about clearing cache, using incognito window, etc. are just blowing smoke

shopify can’t even keep their own status page up to date…it still reads “all systems are operational” even though we’ve been without admin access for hours and have reported it, too

this is a recurring issue with shopify (not rare) – definitely do not recommend shopify to anyone
