A lot of Visitors but no buyers, what can I do?

Hi @poppersboys
Sorry to here about your issue.

You have to work on website design.
Also you have to do promotions for your products.
You can use mailchimp and klaviyo campaign for this.
Also you have to do SEO for your products.
Give discount code to user on there first purchase.

Hope this could help you.

Hey, @poppersboys .

Thanks for bringing this to our Community forum. Congrats on getting your store up and running. Gaining traffic to your store is a great accomplishment. Now, you can focus on increasing sales! I’m happy to provide some suggestions.

To gather some more context, may I ask where you drive the majority of your traffic from? It’s important to note that there are many factors to consider when thinking about what drives a customer to complete their checkout, such as:

  • Does your business seem trustworthy? Building trust with your customers is very important. One way you can do this is by adding an ‘About Us’ page to your website. For some inspiration, check out this really great Shopify blog post here.

  • Call to action: Having a really strong call to action on your homepage can help direct customers from the front of your store to the checkout page. You can see an example of this here.

  • Viewing your abandoned carts can be a great way to gain more insight into patterns that may suggest why your customers aren’t completing the order. I love the tool BetterReplay to see a recording of shoppers’ sessions. You can see how they navigate and interact with your store, including what items they look at. Doing this could help you find (and fix) potential areas viewers may be getting stuck and help reduce the number of abandoned carts on your site.

  • At every step of your customers’ purchasing journeys, there are new opportunities for you to make their paths shorter, easier, and more enjoyable. Through rigorous experimentation and analysis, you can fine-tune your website to push people closer to making a purchase. This process is called Conversion Rate Optimization or CRO. This awesome blog post is a great** Guide to Conversion Rate Optimization** and in my opinion, is definitely worth the read!

There is a great Shopify blog post with more suggestions to consider here. In the meantime, I’d love to hear more about how you’re marketing your website. Who is your ideal customer?

Talk soon,

Hi @poppersboys

This is Spencer from Spocket. How are you? One of the few things that you should do is to check your abandoned cart check out and see if there are any issues (errors) if a customer attempts to make a payment. If there is, then it will be shown in the abandoned cart section.

You can use Shopify’s built-in abandoned cart emails and send them discounts as an attempt to recover them and convince them to go back to your store.

Since you are using facebook ads, consider doing AD retargeting. AD retargeting involves using the data from your previous ad campaign to tweak (retarget) your next ads. This one can take some time to master and involves a little bit of trial and error but it definitely gives great results if done correctly. You can check this article from Shopify - Facebook Retargeting: How to Win Back Your Almost-Customers.

Have you tried Spocket? It’s a dropshipping app that allows you to import high-quality products from our suppliers. They provide high-quality products for you to sell ranging from electronics and fashion items to more unique niches like scented candles and kids apparel.

You can sign up here for a free Spocket account. You can also check success stories on some of our retailers.

Hello
I have a basic Shopify subscription for my Shopify web shop and Shopify charges me every month 27,- instead of 21,-(Basic).
Basic Subscription is 21,-. So I am paying 6 ,- every month to many. I paid to much for my subscription to Shopify for one year. Please give back the difference of the amount on my bank account. Thank you in advance.I do not want a ticketnumber because afterwards I am not getting an answer from Shopify. I want a direct answer! We are trying to communicate with Shopify and ticketnumber is not working for us. Bad customer service.
Best Regards,
S Dawud
