I haven’t created any tickets yet, since the account isn’t registered with my email. How do I resolve this challenge, please? How soon can this be over? What is the cause?

It’s hard to say exactly what the issue is from the screenshot alone, so our team will need to take a closer look into the account in question to investigate further. I see that you mentioned your email is not registered to the account. Here are some potential directions we can go to get some answers:
Are you a Shopify Partner who is helping set up this store on behalf of a client?
If yes and there is no Account Owner on the account yet, please reach out via your Partner Dashboard so we can authenticate you and take a closer look.
If yes and there is an Account Owner added to the account, then please have them reach out via the Shopify Help Center.
If your’e not a Shopify Partner, then please refer to the next point.
Are you a staff member on the account in question? If so, please have the Account Owner reach out via the Shopify Help Center.
In order to take a deeper look into the account, we need to ensure we’re speaking with an authenticated party. At this time, authentication can only be completed by contacting our support team through one of the above methods.
