I have had no issues with my Shopify account up until this morning, I tried to sign in on both my phone app and comp. Both are saying “The Store is Unavailable” Please how do I fix this issue? Can someone please reach out to me or email me with a solution.

Consider sending a quick email to Shopify’s Merchant support. They’ll look into the account.

Thank You so much, I am going back and forth right now with Chat and Email.
I apparently missed a few emails they had sent me, they went into a Spam
folder. My account is temporarily on hold due to a possible “Trade Mark”.
