Account locked fraud issue

My account was compromised and someone changed the payout account. I opened a support case5 days ago and have gotten nothing in return. We are completely down and can’t run credit cards or fulfill orders. My business is crippled.

Since standard support has failed, you must force an escalation immediately.

  1. Twitter/X (Fastest): Publicly tweet and DM @ShopifySupport. State clearly: “My account is compromised, payouts redirected, and support is unresponsive.” They are often faster than email.
  2. Live Chat Override: Go to the Help Center and select “I can’t log in” and repeatedly type “Talk to human” to bypass the bot. Give the agent your ticket number and demand escalation to the Risk team.
  3. Secure & Prepare: Immediately change your email password (it may be compromised too). Have your ID and business documents ready to upload instantly when they reply.
