Are these signs of fraudulent sessions on my website?

Our site received about 206 sessions within the last 30 days. However, the average time each visitor spent on our website is about 20 seconds and the times shown when they visited were always on the hour (like 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm, etc.). Plus, none of this store activity led to any sales on our website.

I’m suspecting some sort of fraud sessions happening on our website. Our store activity mainly stemmed from our Facebook ad campaign we ran. The fraud may have started there, and I’ve reached out to them as well.

Any insight on this would be appreciated.

Check for the source website in Google Analytics.

Yes, we had the same some time ago. It was a click-bot. If you can Google what they are and where they come from you will be amazed. We added Bot Protection from an App in the Shopify App store. Wish we had known sooner :disappointed_face: It really does help.
