Hi,

Somehow after how many triggers and retries, it just wont go through. I already have their emails on the customer list. They have the green circle status beside “email subscribed”. Still, it just wont go through. Can someone help me out with this?

Already found the culprit. Did not know that you cannot use 1 template for bothh Abandoned Cart and Checkout.
