Automatic email when customer did not finish checkout

Hi guys,

I am trying to search for the place in settings where I can make sure that if a customer did not finish his/hers checkout, an email will automatically be send after 1 hour. Everywhere is stated that it should be under settings > checkout, but I cannot find it there. Perhaps it is replaced in the newest Shopify version..?

Does anyone know where I can sort this out?

Check → Settings - announcements. There is an email notification for costumers who leave check out before paying.
