With regards to the issues you are having with your sales channel, are you able to expound on this further? Upon visiting your site, I was able to add a product to my cart and reach the checkout page without any issues. Getting more information from you will help me understand your situation better.
As for some store feedback, please refer to the following:
-
I definitely think you will benefit from adding a favicon to your site. This little touch shows buyers attention to detail and has been proven to encourage more conversions. A favicon, or favorites icon, is a small square image or logo that appears next to a web address. You can find favicons on your browser tabs, as well as on browser pages that list web addresses, such as the bookmarks page.

Adding more information to your site will be beneficial as well. You can add more information about your company to further introduce your brand to prospective buyers. I also recommend adding more information about your return and refund policies; doing so will give your prospective buyers more comfort in knowing what they can do regarding their purchases. I have attached this blog post from us that helps you in doing this.
-
I recommend fixing this part of your homepage by cleaning up the boxed text in the screenshot below; a clean looking website promotes brand trust which encourages buyers to complete their purchases from your store
-
I also recommend completing this part of your site or simply removing it for a cleaner look:

I attached this help document which is our Store Design Checklist to guide you in ensuring you have hit all major aspects when it comes to designing your store.

I also have this other blog post that helps you in making your first sale, if applicable. Definitely a great resource to check out.

With regards to your products, I recommend filtering through them and sticking to one niche or category. This will help your brand stand out further because, for example, if I am looking to buy a shirt from you or perhaps your caps, it’s not really the place I’d also go if I was looking for golden nail polish. I understand wanting to provide more options but this may not work in your favor as it does not give your store a clear identity. If you want to provide more products, I recommend sticking to one category. I have found this great blog post for you that helps you with finding the best dropshipping niche.
There is definitely a lot of information provided here so take your time to review them and let me know if you have any further questions. I am more than happy to keep on assisting you moving forward.
