1.Double-check your email you should have received a final invoice showing what the charge was for
2.Log into your Shopify account even if it’s deactivated you can still access your billing information by logging in at shopify.com/login
3.Review your billing history under Settings Billing to see any pending charges
4.Contact Shopify Support directly if you think there’s a mistake they can review it with you and solve you the settle any remaining balance
