Billing

I am locked in a perpetual loop and can’t find help? I don’t have a store and have never created a store? I can’t get help because i don’t have a store and all links lead back the the chatbot who can’t help? I have just discovered that I am being charged each month by Shopify and I have no idea what for? I cannot cancel the payment as it is controlled by shopify. I have created an account try and talk to someone about the billing, but no further on. I have already been at this for 2 hours. I was told to reach out to social media channels but they lead me back to the chatbot? I am at a point where I don’t know what else to do. Can anyone help?

You can try to contact Shopify Support team via their Account Support website. Click “Chat with us” you can connect with them even if you do not have a store or not able to log in to your store.
