Hi i have a problem. I have a store on shopyfy where i sell my t shirts and posters and when pepole try to order they can only order a bundle that contains two or more products. And i was woundering if enyone could help?
I use printfy and mostly the Textiledruck europa supplier.

Here are some possible reasons and solutions:

Check Printify Product Settings:- In the Printify account check if only bundled products are synchronized remove them and add individual products

Check if any script or app is forcing minimum order quantity in the cart or checkout settings.

Check if any bundle apps are conflicting

Last can be theme code editing

You can create the first Bundle part same product with pricing. Look at this https://www.pilates-girl.com/products/duo-wrist-weights I create the Bundle with custom coding and the second block of Bundle is the same product price.
Hey there @vilmerwallin If you are currently using any bundle app or multiple, it could be the reason as their features could be conflicting with the store’s functionality. If that’s the case, I’d suggest you disable them for the time being and check if that’s where the issue originates from.
Just take a closer look at your Printify settings. It’s possible that the way you have your products bundled together might be causing the issue. Can you check if there’s a setting that’s requiring customers to buy multiple products at once?

Check Your Product Listings in Printify
Go to Printify > My Store > Products.
Click on a product (e.g., a T-shirt).
Make sure it’s a single item, not part of a pack or bundle.
If it’s part of a bundle, duplicate it and remove the extra variants or linked products.

Check Shopify Product Settings
Go to your Shopify Admin > Products.
Open one of the problematic products.
Make sure it:
Is not marked as a “bundle”.
Has no app-generated variants that include multiple SKUs.
Can be added to cart with quantity 1.

Check for Installed Apps
Go to Shopify Admin > Apps.
Look for any apps related to bundling, upselling, or cart rules (like “Bundler”, “Bold Bundles”, “Quantity Breaks”, etc.).
If you find one and don’t want it anymore, try disabling or removing it and test your checkout.

Check Theme Code (if customized)
If you or a developer added custom rules in your theme’s code, especially on the cart or product page, those could force bundles.
If you suspect this, you can preview your site using a default Shopify theme (like Dawn) and see if the problem persists.
