I created a discount code using Buy X Get Y automatic. But that code doesn’t seem to work. How can it be solved?

Hi there! Thank you for the screenshot. Can you clarify what happens when you add both items to the cart? Does the discount not apply automatically?
It’s important to note that the customer must add both the X and Y product to their cart for the discount to apply. The discount does not automatically add the free item.
