I am experiencing an issue with the Buy X Get Y discount offer. I have set everything up correctly, but when I tried it with automatic buy, the cart was not displaying anything. Eventually, I had to use the code, but it is still showing an error as seen in the attached screenshot.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with discounts, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are both the Buy X and Get Y items being added to the cart?
If not, this would be expected behaviour. Buy X, Get Y discounts require both items to be added to the cart, in order for the discount to successfully apply. The ‘Get’ items are not automatically added to the cart. To learn more about this, you can check out our Discounts document as it touches on this further.
