This is Ellie. You need to select Automatic discount, like in the below screenshot.
If you select the Discount code option, you still need to enter the code at Checkout to make it work.

Can you please specify what you mean when you say your discount is not working?
Do you have any screenshots of your discount settings, or the products that are in the cart?
Without this information, it’s difficult to say what the cause of the issue you’re facing is.

As some of my fellow posters have mentioned, it would be great if you could share some insights into your discount setup with us! As for Shopify Bundles and discount limitations, it’s important to know that a discount can only be applied to a parent bundle. If a discount is configured for a component and not the parent it will not apply.
