Can I get a refund for a recent charge after closing my store?

I just closed my store today after checking my bank account and seeing a charge. I had completely forgotten I had placed the store on “Pause and Build” and that it would continue to bill me. I have not logged on since then to work on my store as I forgot all about it! And I didn’t see the invoices as they came to the email I was using for it which I do not regularly check as I assumed there would be nothing seeing as I wasn’t actively doing anything. I was wondering if I could at least get a refund for the most recent charge which happened yesterday, 24 December $14.19 AUD, as that is for this month and I haven’t been on at all. Although I have not been on, I understand if you cannot refund the previous months, but it would make sense if you could the one for yesterday as it was very recent.

Regarding the refund, you have taken the right steps in closing your store first as this is necessary in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, since you were just charged 2 days ago, the refund for the last month should be possible, but we can confirm this for you if you get in touch through this link here.
