Hey, I was looking at how much money I had but got shocked when I saw a monthly subscription payment to Shopify that I did ent even know I had. Since I through I cancelled it. I need the money at the moment. Since I don’t have much. I hope we can fixs this as fast as possible

I understand that you recently noticed you were charged for a Shopify subscription that you thought you had cancelled, and are wondering how to fix this. I would be happy to explain the next steps.
If a Shopify store is completely closed as per our instructions here, then you should not continue to be charged any subscription fees for the store. In this case, it is possible that the store was not fully closed, and as a result the subscription continued to be billed.
As per our terms of service here, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we do understand that mistakes can be made and sometimes these things can happen. I would suggest that you contact our support team as soon as possible to explain the situation. Here via the Shopify Community we cannot access any of your account information or take a look at things like your past bills, but you can reach our team via the Shopify Help Center here.
After you explain the matter and provide as much information as possible, our team will take a closer look at your account and see what we can do to accommodate your request. If you change your mind and decide to come back to Shopify, your store and it’s data will be kept intact for 2 years - you would just need to log back in and select a new plan.
