Can I get a refund on my monthly subscription?

I am totally lost with it ALL. I’m not working and wish not to lose any money. Can I please get a refund on my month subscription for the month please.

If you would like to proceed with closing your store, you can do so by following the steps listed in this help document. We don’t offer refunds as per our Terms of Service, however if you get in touch with our Support team and request a refund we will see if an exception can be made. I didn’t use the Shopify and I didn’t make money I been trying to get a refund from day one. It’s day 4 and u just want a refund from my subscription .

Where you are posting now is the Shopify Community, which provides discussion forums for merchants, partners, and experts. This is where you’d post if you wanted feedback on your store, business advice, or to learn more about Shopify in general.

The Shopify Help Center is where you can find help documents about Shopify, and it’s also where you can get in touch with Shopify Support. This is where you’ll go to see if a refund is possible in your case. I can provide you all the steps to reach out to our Support team.

  1. Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
  2. Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
  3. Use the Search Bar to look into your current issue, such as “Request refund” or “Contact support”
  4. Scroll down to where it says Get support and click Continue
  5. Choose either Chat With Us, Schedule a Callback, or Email Us

If the Callback option isn’t available at the time you follow these steps, it may be because the queue is currently full. In these cases, I would give it 5-10 mins and then check once more.

We don’t offer refunds as per our Terms of Service, however, if you close your store we can look into the possibility of making an exception (please note that this isn’tguaranteed and we may not be able to provide you with a refund).
