How to get a refund from monthly store subscription

Hello, I just received a notification from my bank about a payment from Shopify for the monthly subscription of 25$. I completely forgot that I had a trial store with a selected plan that I did not close. I did not want to continue with the store I forgot to close it. How do I get a refund as I just closed the store and I do not have the money to pay for this.

No, they don’t provide any refunds. Shopify does not state that clearly on the website but would like you go through the hops and find the answer, “Shopify does not provide refunds.”
