Can not connect an existing domain from google!

Hi Team,

I own a google Domain “themuduh.com”, I am unable to connect this to my store even after trying all the available methods. Please assist me as I am showing the error “A site with that domain name already exists”. I had a free store and now I have bought the basic package, please help as soon as possible.

Typically when this error occurs it means that the domain is still currently connected to another account. In this case I would recommend reaching out to our support team on this page here. I’m not able to see any account details over the Community, but they will be able to look into this in more detail. Once they have more information they can guide you through the next steps to get the domain connected to your shop.
