I’m a shopify store owner. I built a shopify store for my local business. I had the links to the product images for the shop products stored in a csv. A couple of months ago, we decided to take these images off the website. Now we are trying to get them back up, but for some reason when I upload the csv having the image links, the products do not update their images. When I try to manually access those image links I can’t find them anymore. My guess is Shopify cleans up their cloud storage for images that have been idle for a while. That being said, I was wondering if there is a way for shopify to bring back those links so that we can access again those images?
