can we re activate Shopify store after deactivating

With regards to your inquiry, I second what @Celine_Wears has mentioned regarding this process. To reopen your store, simply log back in to your old/closed account to start the reactivation process. You will need to pay all outstanding balance as well as pay a new month’s subscription fee to get the old account up and running again.
However, it also needs to be said that if your account has been closed for over 2 years, there is a possibility that your data has already been cleaned from our system. Here’s a great help document that walks you through this process.
