I tried to closed my store awhile ago and they kept charge me $9 every month so I thought I did something wrong.
I stupidly open the store again to check and had to chose the plan to open it and got charge $29 for that stupid lesson and closed the store again and this month they still charge me $9. Anyone know what is the problem? I try to contact them but I don’t know how, they don’t have some online contact or anything. Feel like being scammed.
Hi @MK0402 , it seems that cards cannot be removed from your Shopify account through the admin, they can only be replaced. This is to ensure that there is always a card available to charge when your invoice is due. Once you add a new card to your account this is the only card that will be charged. We suggest you contact them through every provided channel possible so they can send this problem to the Account Integrity team.

It may be the case that there has been more than one store opened here, based on the info you have provided.

I tried to fix the problem on March with 1 of the staff from Shoptify, she told me she couldn’t find the reason why they charge me $9 every month and she told me to wait for the solution but she refunded me $29 first.
After 2 months, I still being charge $9. It’s mean my problem haven’t fix yet. I tried to log in and go to your support centre, tried to find online chat or email or whatever t contact but I couldn’t.
Can anyone help me with this? This is US$9 after convert to AUS will be $12 something and I already closed my account from last October.
