I used to operate two Shopify stores, which have been closed for some time now, however I still get charged by Shopify on my card. The amounts differ, but the card is charged almost every month. I have tried to solve the issue, but I had not luck so far. One of the stores is inactive and I can not find the other one, it seems like it was deleted by Shopify. Can someone help me out?
I am sorry to hear about the charges you have received! In order for us to look into the billing on both Shopify stores, we will need to verify you as the account owner.
