Cannot change country/region in checkout page

Hello everyone, I’m having a bit of trouble here. For some reason I can’t change the country/region when I’m at the checkout page, it stays on Kuwait and doesn’t show any other country except Kuwait (my shop is located in Kuwait). I do have international and Domestic shipping outside of Kuwait but I just don’t understand why it behaves like this. If anyone can help me it’d be a great, Thanks.

I guess you have to configure your Shopify market. This is done by selecting “Add Markets” from within the Markets settings. To resolve it accurately you can contact Shopify live chat support: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/chat

The countries that appear in your checkout are based on the areas you ship to. You can alter this by adding more shipping zones to include all the countries you wish to ship to.

You can do this under Settings > Shipping and delivery. Our Setting up shipping zones help doc has more information on the set up, which you might find useful. If you have already done this, but are still having issues, please let me know and provide some screenshots of your shipping settings so I can take a look.

I purchased a website design from a UK designer on fiverwho transferred ownership to me. The website is now frozen and says I need a subscription to unfreeze it. When I try to purchase the website, it won’t allow me to change the region so that I can check out.
