Cannot log into account, no access to recovery code, no way to contact Shopify

I have recently moved countries and no longer have access to my old phone number, therefore am not able to log into our store - I log in at all so am unable to create a ticket or get recovery codes. The response of logging in and going to support/contact area is not relevant to this situation, please do not recommend this.

I am looking for someone from support to contact me to help with this so we can access our store.

To resolve this issue, you will need to reach out to our Support team directly so they can assist you. I understand that you are not able to login, no problem, you can contact our Support without logging in and explain the situation in full. We are not able to provide account-specific support via the Community at this time, so contacting our Support team directly is the only way to help you gain access again. Our team will either be able to disable the two-step authentication process, so you can regain access without your phone number, or they will escalate the request to the appropriate team to get this situation resolved.

From there, you’ll be able to connect with our team via live chat, email or callback request without logging into your account.
