I have changed my number and i can’t access my recovery code. How can i get into my account my email is sweetpeaklosetboutique@gmail.com. Please help this is how i support my family.

I understand that you’ve changed your number, and you’re unable to receive your authentication codes. When setting up two-step authentication, the system would’ve presented you with a set of backup recovery codes and we’d also recommend adding a backup authentication method. However, if you didn’t keep a copy of the recovery codes or another authentication method, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve the issue. While we’re unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we’d be happy to further assist you through live chats.
