Can't change product name in customs edit any longer?

I can no longer edit the name of a product when I edit a customs form for an international shipment? WHY NOT? WHY do platforms REMOVE functionality? This has been BASIC functionality for years, now it’s suddenly just gone?

Why shopify, WHY.

Also “Correct the highlighted errors and try again” but NO errors are highlighted. Even your user forum is a disaster of idiotic design choices.

The very fact that paying a FEE to do something that just a week ago I could do for FREE and that I have been doing for FREE for years is absolutely infuriating. Shopify once again REMOVING functionality so they can shill their scammer marketplace and try to squeeze extra money out of people who already PAY FOR THEIR SERVICE. It’s revolting.
