I’m having trouble confirming google refund policy/terms of service and contact info - all are in place. when I click the blue link it loads a pop-up with no actions or option to confirm. Does anybody know what i’m supposed to do?

Clean your cookies or open and incognito window, go to your google channel again and click on the blue message, a new pop up should appear confirming youve added your information.
