I’m trying to setup my Google Merchant account and add products to it. But, on Shopify in my Google App it’s asking me to ad contact information and refund polices to my website. I already have all of that and its stuck on that checklist screen?
It’s possible the reason is that the info is not added correctly. Meaning not the correct location. Have you added it in Shopify > Settings > Policies

This issue you are experiencing can happen for a number of reasons. For example;
1. You have used Online Store > Pages to create the refund and terms of service policies instead of
Settings > Policies.
2. Your footer handle has been modified.
