Can't upload file

Hi, I have a MP4 file which is under 20mb but I can’t upload it in files. I get the error:

“The file format is not supported on the trial plan”

How do I circumvent this? I’ve checked the help article and my file

If you’re receiving the error message The file format is not supported on the trial plan, it means that your current trial plan restricts the types of files you can upload. On a trial plan, you can only upload specific file formats, which include:

  • JS
  • CSS
  • GIF
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • JSON
  • CSV
  • PDF
  • WebP
  • HEIC

Since MP4 files are not included in this list, you won’t be able to upload them until you upgrade to a paid plan, which allows for more file formats. If you want to upload MP4 files, consider upgrading your plan to access this feature. This information can be found in our Help Center resource under File format requirements.
