CAPI integration error API wont integrate

Hi everyone.

So, a month ago I installed the meta pixel on my shopify store and everything was fine, Ive got sales and all like standard. Suddenly sales drop and I decided to check what is going on… After my investigation I found out that the CAPI is turned off and no matter what I do, it just doesnt help. Someone know how to fix this?

(I have 2 stores and I have the same issue on oth of them)

Thanks for your query.

What is showing when you try to integrate a new one?

In the meta events manager, all are sync processes. nothing technical.

click add new integration and follow the process.

If the issue still persist I will recommend you to set up the conversion API vai Google Tag Manager.
