Changing/editing personal information of partners in business partnership

Hello.

I’ve recently started an online business with a friend of mine.

I accidentally had a typo when willing in the information of my partner (First name), and I can’t seem to find a way to redo/change it.

I’m worried we can’t pass certification because of the typo.

Please help???

Shopify Payments account details cannot be viewed or edited once set up is complete. This information cannot be updated directly within the admin. In order to have this information updated, you can submit a support request through the Shopify Help Center. Our team will be able to take a closer look at your account to change the information on file.

Once you’ve navigated to the help center, you’ll need to log in to your store and follow the prompts to view our available support contact options. We offer support through live chat, email or by scheduling a callback. Please note: If the option to Request a Callback is unavailable, I recommend checking back as it will show once there is room in the phone queue to offer support.
