I am trying to change the legal business name and the address but I keep going around in circles clicking on shopify help, it doesn’t let me actually contact anybody. I have changed everything in the admin section but it still uses the wrong legal name and address.
Open this link in Chrome Incognito mode, and you should be able to get in contact with merchant support directly.
