My legal name needs to be changed and shopify isn't replying

I recently emailed Shopify about how it won’t allow me to transfer the money out Shopify because I can’t change my legal name. They haven’t emailed me, it’s been two whole days and I set pre-orders. It’s not at a point where I can’t even order the bulk for my business. I mean this is absolutely unprofessional, there’s no way to contact them and for them to reply. If you’re going to have a big platform with millions of users, you should have a number for people to call for support. I need help to change my legal name so I can verify my account, please reply as soon as possible.
