Charged for subscription I did now sign up or agree to!

After signing up for a free trial of Shopify about a month ago. I decided not to set up my shop yet and wait until I grew my audience. I have just noticed a charge of USD23.99 come out of my account which is very confusing as I never even agreed to the $1 first month deal, that I am still being emailed reminders about?! How can I be getting emails reminding me to get set up and have a recurring charge (12 apparently) already taking place. I have reached out to the help centre and tried using the chat bot but when trying to put me in contact with customer support I can’t seem to progress to the next page or click on the customer support link. I’m trying here to get some advice or hopefully get in contact with Shopify support directly to get this charged refunded. Any help welcome!!

Shopify trials automatically convert to a paid plan if not canceled before the trial ends. Even if you didn’t set up your store, Shopify assumes you’re ready to proceed once the trial expires.

The USD 23.99 charge suggests you may have been moved to a Basic Plan or a plan with additional charges like apps or taxes.
