Checkout Button not working

Hello All,

I am in dire need of assistance. Everything was working fine and then the Checkout button suddenly stopped working on both mobile as well as Desktop in the last two days. The entire sales have dropped. The web URL is https://crazyneedleonline.com/ if anybody could take a look and help me fix this, I would truly appreciate it.

I think you are talking about the PDP Buy now button,
Because as I checked, the Cart checkout button works fine.

I suggest rolling back the changes you did recently or use a new theme to crosscheck.

And for not disable the buy now button from the live store as its not functional.

  • Error Messages: Are any error messages displayed when a user tries to click the button?
  • Device/Browser Specifics: Is the issue occurring on all devices and browsers, or only specific ones?

I checked your store, and it looks like your checkout might be getting blocked due to the CODKing app. The console logs show errors related to authentication issues with the storefront token, which could be disrupting your checkout functionality.

Hello there @Purnangsu have you tried out all these troubleshooting steps yet?

  • Test your checkout button via an incognito window
  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache before trying to test the checkout button again
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try using Chrome or Firefox

If you haven’t done all these yet, I recommend you do them and let us know how it goes.

Hello, yes, we would love it if you could help us with this. Other troubleshooting methods are not working. The only alternate solution is to move to a different theme and start the website from scratch which we would like to avoid.

We have just taken the reigns of the store from a previous agency. While I understand that disabling the Buy Now button is a solution, it’s not a pretty one. Already our sales have halved.

Additionally, if you have any Hotjar or Clarity recordings showing where customers were unable to check out, that would be really helpful.

Could you also share details on:

  • The browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and OS (Mac, Windows) the customer was using
  • The device type (iPhone, Android, etc.)
  • Any major changes recently made, like installing a new app or adding custom code

If you can email us this information as well, we’ll be able to troubleshoot and resolve this much faster.

I’m facing a similar “storeFrontToken is invalid or missing” issue. As a result, the Buy Now and Checkout buttons don’t work.
