When on the mobile (tested via iPhone on Chrome and Safari) checkout button becomes greyed out if the user has already clicked checkout within the cart view, gone in to the checkout screen and then presses back.
How to resolve please.

To better understand the situation can you also confirm the following for me please:
Do you know if the same issue persists on a different mobile device or browser? For example, you mentioned testing on an iPhone via both Chrome and Safari — can the experience be replicated on an Android device perhaps, or a tablet or iPad, or via a different browser such as Firefox?
To rule out any potential browser caching issues, have you tried clearing your browser’s cookies and cache, or accessing the website via an incognito mode?
I can confirm this issue has been replicated only on (several) iPhones at the moment.
Both on Safari and Google Chrome and also occurred post clearing caches.
I do not have an Android to replicate this on.
It doesn’t appear to occur on Google Chrome via desktop.
Gotcha, appreciate the added details and for sharing your store link with us. I’ve also tested this on my end via iPhone and can see what you mean — the checkout box is greyed out for me too, if I return to the cart page.
