Hello! I want to add a custom field for VAT number (optional) under the Company details

If you’re on Shopify Plus, you can use Checkout Extensibility to add a custom field for VAT:

  1. Go to Settings → Checkout

  2. Use Checkout Branding API or Checkout UI Extensions

  3. Add a custom input field for VAT

If you’re not on Shopify Plus you can add a VAT number to a Legacy Customer Account customer form. I’ve got a video on how to collect this number automatically.
