Shopify has been playing games with our payments that they have already paid out to us for a few weeks now. We haven’t broken any of their rules, and for some reason they feel its OK to play games with our money. In response, we contacted the BBB. And sure enough, as soon as we contacted the BBB, now all of a sudden they want to reply fast, after ignoring us for 2 weeks. Receieved an email from them today saying our payments were restored. Recieved a notification saying our payments were restored. Guess what? STILL NOT RESTORED. Just more games, from a company that supposed to be professional. Its a reason they have a 1 and half star rating with TrustPilot… as they cannot be trusted. Why did we have to contact the BBB just to get a response from you?? Why did you lie and claim our payments were restored.. if they’re still not restored??? Just non-stop games from these people. And while you think it can’t happen to you, it’s happened to tens of thousands of other “Sellers” so never think it can’t happen to you.

Until we get the money owed to us, you can expect to hear from us everyday.
