I need help as I just reopened my store and I noticed at checkout credit options are not available. I check payment section and it’s all looking good. I have special situation though that I’m thinking could be the reason. Please someone reach out to me or I can email support team about it? I greatly appreciate the help. Thank you!

What special situation are you referring to? This can definitely explain as to why some payment options are not available at checkout. Also, if you are already in contact with someone from our Support Teams regarding this matter, responding again directly in that thread will provide us with further explanation as with this situation, we need to look into your actual account to see what is happening. If you have not reached out to Support, you can also use this link to contact them.
I can also check your website on my end by visiting it. Feel free to drop your URL and the payment options I should expect to see on my end so I can inspect as a customer and report back.
