Hello, does anyone know why the Live View customer behaviors is not popping up on our admin? It won’t on either desktop or mobile app, it’s very strange. It looks like the picture I added to this question. It won’t show the Active carts, Checking Out, or Purchased in the Live View, it’s literally blank. This issue started happening today and never happened before. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Yes, same issue here. Happened sporadically yesterday and has been this way most of today. Would really like to see that back ASAP!

Yes, It’s been happening to us all day. Our traffic and sales seem to be unusually slow today too but Shopify keep telling us there isn’t an issue…

Literally same… our sales were doing very well until this glitch occurred and our sales literally declined like crazy (never happened before ever and we’ve been running our store for a long time)
I talked to them on live chat and they are aware of the issue platform wide and are trying to fix it… it’s been going on for me for 10 hours already. not to mention, that our sales have declined a lot since the start of this glitch and this never happened to us before…

So i found this. Might or might not be related. this is in Norwegian, but I’ll translate as best I can. In “Saved Activity” I granted “Search and Discovery” API-access yesterday. This was about the same time my issues started. And i havent downloaded any apps.

Ours has been missing since this morning and a massive drop in sales. Not too sure if/how these are related as I’ve done numerous test purchases through the store and all succeed, but am noticing a lot of international traffic today so could be Shopify doing something?
