I am not seeing the Active Cart, Checking Out or Purchased information at the bottom of the page on live view on either mobile or desktop? It was working earlier thoday and now all that information is gone.

Same here - was working this morning and now there is nothing showing for cart, checkout or order.
Mac - I’ll report that I am having this issue as well. Sporadically yesterday and most all of today. Still not working now. Look forward to a quick solution. thanks!

Same here! It’s driving me nuts!! Not showing on any of my devices since yesterday now! Don’t understand why it’s taking so long for them to fix it! I just hope they haven’t done away with this feature!!
I don’t see it on the Shopify Status that there is an issue either? Says all systems are operational…it is such a handy tool to have, I hope they get it fixed shortly!

Mac - do you have any reason to believe this issue was affecting sales? I know a lot of folks on the thread reported that their sales were practically non-existent while the issue was being resolved.

From my understanding, this issue did not affect the actual sales of the shop, rather just the ability to view certain parts of the Live View. However, if you do suspect this, please visit our Help Center and contact support so that our team can take a closer look. Kindly make a note of the timestamp in which this happened so we can isolate the issue.

live view hasn’t been working properly for almost 2 weeks now! We can not see any visitor notifications on bottom left screen like “someone viewed home page” “someone viewed cart” etc and our sales have gone down significantly for last 2 weeks and too many abandoned checkouts. Rather than fixing the main issue, shopify is busy changing live view colors and making it more pathetic!
