Deactivate account but still receiving bills monthly and my recovery email is no longer in use.

[/details]I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my Shopify account associated with an email address that is deactivated for months.
My account has been inactive for some time, yet I have continued to receive monthly bills. I am unable to log in to investigate the source of these charges. When I attempted to reactivate my account, Shopify required verification via an email sent to my inactive email address which I can no longer access.

Given this predicament, I kindly request any guidance on an alternative method to reactivate my account, enabling me to cancel my subscription independently. Alternatively, I would appreciate it if anyone from Shopify could promptly cancel all outstanding bills associated with the mentioned accounts, as I am no longer utilizing Shopify services. There is never able to reach a real person / or a help assistance on Shopify but you’re charging me every month.
