Disconnect Shopify product sync from Facebook/Instagram shop

I’d like Shopify to stop automatically syncing products to my Facebook/Instagram shop catalogue so that I can switch to using a manual catalogue in my Facebook/Instagram shops instead (I need more control over how my products appear in the shop).

I already have a manual catalogue created, but Meta won’t let me link this manual catalogue to my Facebook/Instagram shop.

Please help! I’ve been going round in circles and not getting anywhere.
