I have connect my domain by entering the details A record and CAA record, but that showing the details are incorrect. And also in my Shopify account the current ip address is not showing that showing empty. Plz help me

If you purchased your domain from a domain provider other than Google Domains, GoDaddy, or 1&1 IONOS, and you have their requirements, then you can connect your domain to Shopify manually. To do so, please follow the steps outlined in this guide. Please note, that any DNS settings may take a few days to fully propagate.

We’re not able to access your domain provider account or update these settings for you from here in Shopify.
