Have you followed all these steps on the Godaddy?

Hi @missezrenee
How long ago did you first connect your domain to your Shopify store? It can take up to 48 hours for new DNS information to update through the domain host. If the A record and CNAME record hasn’t finished updating yet then your Shopify admin can’t verify the domain.
If you wanted to share the domain URL for me here I can check to see what the status of the DNS settings are and if they are updated correctly.
Appreciate everyone’s responses maybe I do need to wait 48 hours? But yesterday it gave me an error I just can’t get back to it so if lead me to believe I did it wrong. The url is www.prettyasfvck.com
Thank you for sharing the URL with me here! I am also seeing a loading issue for that domain URL and when I use a DNS checker I can see that the A record currently showing up is: 69.49.231.180 (which does not point to Shopify).
If you are confident that your DNS setup within Godaddy is correct (based on the information shared by Nick ^) then it is just a matter of waiting a bit longer. You can use that link I shared to the DNS checker to look for updates in the DNS propagation.
If you aren’t sure or are concerned that your Godaddy DNS is incorrect, don’t hesitate to share a screenshot of your current DNS setup here as well and we can help confirm that for you.
Thank you for that screenshot! It does look like your DNS hasn’t been setup properly yet. The DNS information is there so that the website host knows where the domain is supposed to point to.
Like an address in a GPS device.
In your screenshot, the first record A/@/IP Address, you will want to edit the record and change the IP address to Shopify’s: 23.227.38.65.
You will also need to add a new record that should look like:
Type - CNAME
Name - www
Data - shops.myshopify.com
TTL - Leave as default
Once you make those changes you should see the domain status update using the DNS checker tool I shared earlier within a few hours.
Thank you so much for all you’re help! I really appreciate it. So I’ve tried to put that IP address but I am gettin an error
Thank you for the screenshot! Can you try removing the period from the end of the IP address? Let me know if that still doesn’t work.
Thanks for the update! Couple of things to try:
If that continues to not work you will want to reach out to GoDaddy support for assistance with adding the IP address to your DNS settings. I have confirmed that is the correct IP address and there are no other reported issues with GoDaddy at this time.
