I requested for my domain to get transferred over to Shopify from GoDaddy, but it still haven’t transferred over yet. It gave me a date for today but still, it haven’t, anyone know what I can do. I’m try to setup my website on Shopify

Just to confirm. You want to transfer your GoDaddy domain to become a Shopify domain, or you want want to connect your domain to Shopify? These two terms are very different.

Have you fulfill all the steps to make sure your domain get verified by Shopify? Like have you added all the DNS and settings that are required.

Also, why would you want to do this?

For example – having your domain registered and hosted outside of Shopify lets you keep it if for whatever reason your store is terminated.

The amount of money you will save by transferring it to Shopify would never match the amount of problems you may have by putting all eggs in one basket.
