exchangemarketplace.com refused to connect. When i logged it in to desktop it says exchange marketplace refused to connect. Please clarify

Can you tell me which browser(s) and device(s) you’re using, and when you were last able to access Exchange Marketplace?
I’m not sure what’s causing this error message to come up, but clearing your cookies and cache or testing another browser or device may help.
I am using Chrome latestVersion 97.0.4692.99 64 bit on desktop. Whenever i click on store exchange plus app it shows me a page
