I was in the talks with an expert who gave me two options to help me. A quote for doing the entire template for me, and an hourly rate to fix my concerns. I chose the latter.> > Well after he looked at my website, he gave me options of what he’ll do for me, and within just one minute of giving me his feedback, he said “he’ll pass the job, and wishes me luck on my website”. Who does that? I’m so saddened by the whole thing. I would have never have thought that an expert would say that on Shopify.> > To my dismay, I told this expert that I would gladly pay for him to start from scratch, but he already declined the offer.> > This, by far, is poor customer service. I apologize to hear that, but instead of declining a job, he/she should direct you to a different Shopify expert. I would believe there are more Shopify experts happy to take the job.
I’m so discouraged after speaking with the expert, that I haven’t even been back to look at it. I honestly don’t like and just want someone to help me figure things out. This is the 1st expert that has told me that he is not taking on the assignment. I think what bothered me was when he said “wish you the best” without any advice as to what to do next. Ugh. But here’s a preview of my website though.
We’ll see. I’ll take a break for now… I’ll revisit this issue at a later date…I’m hoping this coming week I’ll back to working hard with my e-commerce startup business. We’ll see… fingers crossed.

I honestly didn’t think anyone would reach out to me. I was lost with his
remarks and decided to leave Shopify. He did respond back to me after some
time and said that he got too busy and couldn’t help me (after I asked him
why he was backing away). So I just decided to cancel my membership and
leave. Thanks for reaching out. Appreciate it.
